  • Before you make any return/exchange request

    We understand you could change your mind sometimes. Just in case, we would like to highlight that every gemstone is unique. Natural markings such as inclusions, surface lines, or small internal cracks are part of their organic beauty. We cannot guarantee that the item you receive will be identical to the display piece or entirely flawless.

    Return requirements

    We accept returns for 7 days (from the date the order is delivered).

    • All items must be returned in good condition with their original packaging, including the information card and bag. 

    • For deficient/broken items (the items are damaged during shipment before they arrive at your place), please take a picture of the situation and send it alongside the email request.

    Return shipping

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

    For returns, you can either ship back to us (no shipment fee) or visit us at our Pop-up location.

     

    Return process and timeline

    Please have your order confirmation email or gift receipt email sent to us at glintfolk@gmail.com, and we will provide a return label within 24 hours. Or you can show up at our Pop-up locations with your order confirmation email and item, and we will verify and provide a refund right at the spot.

    We will issue refund at full price in 48 hours once we receive and verify the returned item. If the item we received is not qualified for a refund, we will contact you in 48 hours with 2 options:

    1. We send the item to you, while you are responsible for the full shipment fee

    2. We keep the item, and you forfeit the refund (either partially or fully​)

    Returned wrong item

    Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, we cannot reship or store non-Glintfolk items mistakenly sent as returns.

  • Login to your account and select "My Orders" to review your order status.

    Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it approaches you.

  • We try our best to get your order shipped asap, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to us (glintfolk@gmail.com), and we will do our best to support you.

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide exchange options at this point.

  • Yes, we can wrap your items in gift wrap with a small handwritten card for a $5 extra charge. You can select the option when you make the order. 

    For the handwritten card, you can put 1 long sentence or 2 short sentences. If you put longer than we recommended, partial of the content might not be put into the card due to the lack of space.  

  • We recommend you put your gemstone jewelry away from any fire, take it off when you shower, avoid long time sunburn, and avoid collisions.

    You can recharge your gemstone jewelry with moonlight, clean it using running water,  purify it by soaking in white sage smoke or put it into white quartz/clean quartz. 

  • Our products are mostly natural gemstones or plated gold/silver, which are ideal for sensitive skin, but there is no 100% guarantee of safety. Should you have any reactions, please seek immediate support from doctors.
